Become A Heartist

You can get involved by becoming a heartist and making your own hearts, sharing hearts with people in your community and/or starting or joining a heart-making group (existing groups are listed under "join a heart-making group" so you can find one in your area). It's a great activity to do with children and young people, too. There are kits and materials to purchase as well as information and resources right here on our website.

When you make hearts as part of 1000 Hearts, you are joining a global kindness movement, with the goal to bring more peace, love and compassion to our world. I believe that we can create change by taking action on an individual level and creating ripples of kindness which influence others.
